MESOBAR Acne Protocol
Treat the active disease before polishing its history.
A staged acne program that separates active inflammation, congestion, redness, pigment and scarring—then selects medical-grade light, laser and home care for the problem actually present.
AT A GLANCE
Face, neck, chest, back and other acne-prone areas
Varies from none with LED to several days for selected resurfacing or light-based procedures.
THE APPROACH
Precision first.
Technology second.
How it works
The plan may incorporate wavelength-specific LED, carefully selected light or laser treatment, professional skin care and referral for prescription management. ResurFX may be considered for appropriate scars only after active acne is controlled.
What it feels like
Consultation distinguishes active lesions from the marks and texture they leave behind. Photography helps track each component so the protocol can change as the skin changes.
YOUR TREATMENT ARC
Mapped to your anatomy

Recovery, without theatre
Varies from none with LED to several days for selected resurfacing or light-based procedures.
Let biology do its work
Inflammation, discoloration and scarring improve on different timelines. Consistency and staged reassessment matter more than a single aggressive session.
The plan: Acne is treated as a continuing condition. MESOBAR coordinates aesthetic treatment with dermatology or primary-care management when prescription therapy or diagnostic evaluation is needed.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Before you book.
Can you treat acne and scars at the same time?+
Sometimes, but active inflammation is usually stabilized before scar-focused resurfacing. Treating the wrong phase too aggressively can worsen irritation or pigment.
Is LED enough for acne?+
It can be a useful supportive modality but is not a universal standalone treatment. Acne type, severity, medications and hormonal factors shape the plan.
Do you treat darker skin tones?+
Yes, after careful assessment. Device choice and settings must account for skin type and risk of post-inflammatory pigment.
