Precision Microneedling

Create the signal. Respect the barrier.

A medically supervised microneedling protocol for selected texture, pore and fine-line concerns, performed with a legally marketed device and a California-compliant treatment plan.

AT A GLANCE

Designed for

Uneven texture · Visible pores · Selected acne scars · Fine lines · Patients seeking collagen induction

Treatment areas

Face, neck and selected body areas after clinical assessment

Downtime

Redness, tightness, sensitivity and pinpoint crusting can occur for several days. Sun and active skincare ingredients are restricted during early recovery.

THE APPROACH

Precision first.
Technology second.

How it works

Controlled microchannels initiate a wound-healing response that can support collagen and elastin remodeling. Device, depth and endpoint are selected for the indication, anatomy and skin type.

What it feels like

Topical anesthetic may be used when appropriate. Patients typically describe vibration, pressure and a scratching sensation. Strict aseptic technique and aftercare protect the compromised barrier.

Mapped to your anatomy

Topical anesthetic may be used when appropriate. Patients typically describe vibration, pressure and a scratching sensation. Strict aseptic technique and aftercare protect the compromised barrier.

After

Recovery, without theatre

Redness, tightness, sensitivity and pinpoint crusting can occur for several days. Sun and active skincare ingredients are restricted during early recovery.

Over time

Let biology do its work

Texture changes develop gradually and usually require a series. Results vary with scar type, age, skin behavior and treatment intensity.

The plan: International aesthetic practice includes PDRN products such as Rejuran® and Plinest®, HA boosters such as Juvéderm® Volite, and amino-acid formulas such as Jalupro®. These are reference categories—not a promise that they are injected or delivered through microneedling at MESOBAR. California services use only products, devices and routes permitted under applicable state and federal requirements.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you book.

Is this injectable mesotherapy?+

No. MESOBAR does not relabel non-approved injectable mesotherapy as microneedling. They are different procedures with different regulatory and safety considerations.

Are skin boosters placed into the microchannels?+

The FDA has not cleared microneedling devices for delivering cosmetics, drugs, vitamin solutions or blood products into skin. Any adjunctive skincare is selected and used only in a legally permitted manner.

Are Rejuran, Plinest, Volite and Jalupro offered in California?+

They are internationally recognized reference brands, but product approval and permitted use vary by country. Current U.S. availability and lawful route are confirmed before any treatment is offered.
